A: The Assistive Devices Program (ADP) covers approximately 75% of the costs if you qualify, or 100% if you are a recipient of ODSP. Some insurance companies and or some of the local service clubs may help with funding. We will help with submitting funding forms.

A: No. but we will help submit funding forms and accept credit cards if funding is not available.

A: Some insurance plans cover equipment and devices, we can help by submitting the product or device for approval to your insurance company --e.g. Green Shield, Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
Q: Mobility product warranties, how long are they?
A: Manufacturers usually provide at least a one year warranty. We provide warranty and offer after warranty service when required.
Q: What type of service is available?
A: We offer on-site and in-house services anywhere in Niagara, and provide free estimates.
Q: When I purchase a mobility product, is training provided?
A: We provide you with training on how to correctly use the product. This applies to all equipment and supplies we sell or rent your safety and health is our greatest concern.

A: We have access to thousands of safety and support products and service what we sell. Products can be purchased or rented depending on your needs. Call or come in with your questions and one of our staff will provide you the information to make the best choice for your situation.
Q: How do I know when to charge my wheelchair or scooter battery?
A: When your battery indicator tells you the battery is low. Charging before a long trip is a good idea to bring it up to full charge and will help ensure that you don’t run out of power. Best practice is to charge your battery when indicated to extend battery life.
Q: When should I call for regular service or maintenance?
A: Call us when you have any concerns about your product or if you feel that service may be required or as per manufacturers instructions or annually.
Q: What if I require delivery or installation?
